Payment, Scheduling & Cancellation Policies: By Scheduling Your Appointment, You Agree to These Terms
A Credit/Debit Card on file, or prepayment for the session, is REQUIRED in order to reserve a scheduled appointment.
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. Reminder emails and Texts are sent out 48 hours in advance to allow adequate time for schedule changes. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment and you give less than 24 hrs notice and cannot send someone in your place, you will be charged 50% of the (non discounted) session rate or prepaid session.
No-shows - Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged 100% of the (non discounted) session rate or prepaid session for their missed appointment.
Late Arrival Policy - We do not double book our sessions. The time you schedule is set aside specifically for you. Therefore you must inform me immediately that you are running behind. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the full session that was scheduled.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept: Cash, Credit/debit cards to include Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and HSA/FLEX
- Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
This includes all forms of scheduling available such as phone (call/text), in-person and online. If this is your first appointment with me you must call or schedule online.
